Your responsibilities
- Work together with the Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, Key Account Team to implement agreed plans to ensure Reckitt’s market share gain and category expansion for the respective retailers
- Assist the work of Sr. Customer Marketing Manager by fulfilling operative tasks on key retailers
- Analyze data in different databases (e.g: IQVIA) and actively use sales reporting and monitoring systems (4P, SKU trackers, market share reports, competition trackers)
- Continuous tracking of competition’s and customer’s position
- Ensure right translation of trade stories to support fast NPD/EPD listings
- Support the workflow of the Customer Marketing Team by business reporting, collecting data from Sales, Brand and Trade Marketing or other departments
- Developing POSMs (production, design, new POSM development) and coordinating distribution
- Cooperating with external/internal agencies to deliver timely best in class trade execution
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of warehousing costs, POS warehouse monitoring
- Manage and develop POS related trackers/catalogue
- Manage budgeting: PO creation, tracking
The experience we’re looking for
- Bachelors’ degree ideally in a business-related subject
- 1-2 years FMCG experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing or Sales
- Fluent English besides native Hungarian
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing internal teams
- Able to work independently while keeping strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and Quality departments
