Web Designer

About The Role

We’re looking for a web graphic designer who is passionate about their work and takes pride in creating beautiful and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous work, be highly creative, and have a good understanding of user experience and web standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Webflow website while creating visually stunning assets for various digital and print media channels. From digital adverts and social media posts to ebooks, emails, banners, and print materials like brochures and conference stands, the Web Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and effectively communicating our message to our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our webflow website to achieve high speed and SEO performance.
• Update website, adding, removing and updating content with current promotions, events, or company milestones.
• Perform A/B tests to improve conversion of website and landing pages.
• Design digital assets for online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Create engaging social media graphics that resonate with our target audience.
• Design banners and other promotional materials for webinars, events, and conferences.
• Produce high-quality print assets such as brochures, data sheets, and conference stands that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
• Develop and manage brand guidelines and standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Webflow working experience, ideally holding the “Webflow Expert” certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Webflow development showcased through a robust portfolio.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, custom code implementation and website management tools.
• Knowledge of Figma, and basics of industry-standard design software Proficient such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience as a designer
