The main responsibilities of the E&C Global Operation Control consist in:
consolidating, analyzing and reporting the E&C Business Unit’s financial results,
providing E&C Management and the Group with timely and accurate analysis and information on business performance (Flash, Reforecasts, Targets)
and supporting the business strategy and operations in the context of Group strategic planning (ADVANCE).
The team is in direct contact with 7 major Engineering centers, 2 Manufacturing centers, 1 innovation center and several Front End Offices across the world and is the privileged entry point to be able to have a 360° view of overall E&C performances (Order in take, Operations, Staffing and financials) and to be able to identify any risk/opportunities of the centers’ operation that may impact its financial performances.
The Global Operation control team is also directly exposed to the E&C Management and shall be ready to provide ad-hoc studies if required.
