Our client is a Scandinavian distributor of plastics, chemicals and lubricants for many industries around the world.
Job Description
– Customer service and support for the organization’s products and services in order to build excellent customer service.
– Handling customer inquiries, orders, service needs, places orders by checking compliance with the outbound delivery process in close cooperation with the sales team.
– Managing purchase planning, purchasing, inventory management, pricing support and inbound delivery processes in close cooperation with the sales team.
– Administrative tasks regarding customers and/or principals. Resolving customer issues in terms of complaints, analysis and troubleshooting.
– Verification of goods in stock, proper quantity, storage method, deliveries
The Successful Applicant
– Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or alternatively a Trade Degree.
– Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and practical experience with SCM (ERP) software
– Experience in the Chemicals / Lubricants industry would be an advantage
– Customer service experience in an international business environment
– Knowledge and experience in handling excise materials.
– Understanding of Sales and Marketing
– Fluent English
– Ability to work in a team
