Your responsibilities
- independent management of the secretariat,
- receiving and sending mail and courier parcels,
- documentation management, including: distribution of documents between individual company departments,
- meeting and conference room service, receiving guests,
- handling telephone calls, including: providing information, redirecting calls to appropriate people,
- creating simple calculations and documents in Excel,
- recording purchase invoices in the ERP system,
- Cash service.
