Regional Planning Lead

Scope

He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize regional operations and achieve organizational goals. This includes analyzing Production Output trends, assessing business opportunities, and providing recommendations for operational improvements. The Regional Planning Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of plans and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Overall accountable for EMEA Planning
  • Develop and implement regional strategic Capacity & MRP plans to achieve business objectives and goals for short term (1-3 month).
  • Provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of plans and initiatives.
  • Drive regional performance against established KPIs and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including production, Quality, and Warehouse.
  • Represent the Supply Chain at regional meetings and events.

Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related field.
  • Ability to communicate fluently and concisely (Prefer English & local language)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with regional planning policies and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
