JOB LOCATION: OSTERODE AM HARZ
As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring and optimizing quality standards in power plant construction. Your tasks will include monitoring product quality, implementing quality control procedures, and liaising with various teams to ensure high-quality standards.
YOUR TASKS
- Reviewing customer regulations and specifications related to quality
- Creating and reviewing manufacturing and assembly instructions as well as inspection plans
- Reviewing material test specifications in collaboration with the welding engineer
- Monitoring the receipt and distribution of all project documents
- Participating in project audits and ensuring collaboration within the project team
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree in materials science, physics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field; technicians or masters with proven professional experience will also be considered
- At least five years of experience as a QPM in piping technologies, preferably in nuclear technology
- Knowledge of nuclear standards, preferably RCC-M Code
- Experience in creating pre-inspection documents and dealing with inspection organizations
- Excellent German and English skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office
