Quality Assurance Assistant

As a Quality Assurance Assistant, your responsibilities will include management, registration, recording of the documentation of medicines arriving in the pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse, stored there and shipped out from there. You will also contribute to the quality acceptance of pharmaceutical products and prepare and compile documentation required for the release of medicines.

Additionally, you will manage and update product lists, partner lists and tables used for work, manage computer databases used by quality assurance, and perform additional quality assurance assistant duties related to domestically distributed products and products distributed on the regional market.

Crucial Skills/Experience:

  • Secondary education (diploma is possible, but not required) and experience in the pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic industry
  • 1-2 years of work experience in one of the following areas: pharmacy, storage, wholesale, administration, document management, dealing with authorities
  • Use of Word, Excel, proficiency in spreadsheet management
  • Knowledge of English at least on a communicative level both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Hungarian
  • Optimism, positive outlook on life, forward thinking
  • Accuracy, precision
  • Strong communication ability

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse
  • Experience in the field of quality assurance
  • Pharmacy assistant qualification
  • Knowledge of ORCA, CERTEX and proficiency in handling them
