PURPOSE
The Customer Success team is responsible to ensure the successful adoption and expansion of our software solutions within our existing customer base and to secure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
A successful Project Manager has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces and deep experience in project planning, budget monitoring and communication management. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide C8 solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency.
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering Centric 8 Agile deployment projects on-time, per schedule, in budget, per responsible technical- and business goals of the company (e.g. out-of-the-box – OOTB configurations, customer business process mapping, and best practice advocacy). The Project Manager is also responsible for the reporting and communication of the project status to the client.
You will provide project management and you are leading the implementation teams in designing and delivering Centric 8 Solutions focused on the Retail, Apparel & Footwear Industry, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and High-Fashion market.
SCOPE

- Involved after the initial project with a customer has been finalized
MAIN TASKS
- Ensure a utilization target of 80% is met
- Provide guidance based on experience and Centric best practices for any occurring problems, issues and planning dependencies – conflict management/project management
- Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies – change management / project management
- Preparation and participation in Steerco meetings
- Budget monitoring and responsibility
- Preparation and presentation of project status reports
- Meeting with assigned clients and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
- Organizing and execute assigned C8 software implementation projects on behalf of Centric according to client’s requirements and /or scope mentioned in the statement of work, SOW
- Develop detailed implementation- and communication plans, including timelines-, budget-, resource- and progress tracking details to drive small or big C8 change initiatives
- Present solution findings and suggestions to clients with justification, recommendation and practical advice
- Maintain quality standards regarding methodologies, documentation, progress tracking, project administration by using internal Centric systems
- Coach others and share your experiences and knowledge
COLLABORATION
- Close collaboration and exchange with CERT PMO/PMs
- Collaboration with other Customer Success teams
- Regular exchange with peers from Pre-Sales, service teams and partners
Skills & Requirements
- Project- and change management – Prince 2 foundation or equal
- Bachelor in Fashion Textile / Business Management
- Execution of Centric implementation methodologies
- Good understanding of the PLM software industry and best practices
- Strong IT knowledge with a focus on MS Office, Confluence & Jira, Concur
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- Business process mapping (BPM) skills or other methodologies
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
