Project Manager:
Purpose of the position:
Ensure efficient project management and delivery of projects relating to APIs for New Development Projects, Alternate Sourcing on global level Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition portfolio;
Support the activities and coordinate the BU API Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Portfolio involvement/tasks in Corporate Projects;

Main Responsibilities:
Coordination and support in the working groups within the Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Business Unit API for all projects (New Development Projects, Alternate Sourcing) at all stages from idea to commercial phase;
Organizing regular cross functional work group meetings/calls to facilitate the progress of the API Source Selection by coordinating the activities, interacting with BU API Global Sourcing, Scientific project Managers of API I&D and BU API QA and external stakeholders from other business units;
Write the minutes of the meetings and teleconferences;
Issuing final Summary Sheets (leading documents representing a condensed overall summary of the API selection process);
Provide support to APIs project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information;

Requirements:
3 year’s experience as an industrial project manager in a pharmaceutical area;
Good organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of IT tools for project management;
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English;
Ability to set priorities and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating the project team;
Master’s in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or biology, MBA will be a plus;
Good communication skills, technical competencies, decision making, critical thinking, business and financial acumen;
Fluent English, writing and reading;
MS Office;
