More specifically, you will:
- Project Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight of all development streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines;
- Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between Product Owners, VPs, and the CTO Office to ensure cohesive project execution;
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Program Director;
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project execution;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and feedback;
- Technical Support: Collaborate with the CTO Office to ensure technical support and guidance for development streams.
Who you are and what you have
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering, or other relevant fields (Master’s preferred);
- 5+ years of working experience in an engineering environment, preferably aerospace;
- General understanding of rocket systems and ability to discuss project-related details with software development and IT;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure;
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira and MsProject or similar) and project methods (Agile and classic methods);
- Fluent English Speaking (German beneficial).
