Your scope of duties

More than half of employees have been working for more than 5 years. Many of them started their careers as trainees.
Starting your adventure with an internship, you get to know the company and have time to develop, participate in training and interesting projects. This is certainly a period of gaining valuable experience in the automotive industry.

· You are a trainee for a maximum of 12 months – after this period, we hope that you will take up an independent position
