The Brand Manager develops his/her reference brands in terms of market share and equity according to the International brand Vision, Strategy and local market reality. Is a third-generation family-owned fashion and fragrance business based in Barcelona. The strength of Puig lies in its ability to build brands, to shape the image of brands through fashion, and to translate that same image into the world of fragrance through storytelling and product excellence. stories include a combination of owned brands such as Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Dries Van Noten, Christian Louboutin, Byredo and celebrity fragrances. products are sold in more than 150 countries.
What you’ll get to do
- Marketing Plans: balancing a consumer centric approach and the Brand long term Vision, recommends to Trade & Marketing Niche Manager the Brand Strategy and annual marketing plan, suggesting priorities for the construction of Trade/Marketing calendar. Collect information inside the organization (sales team and retail team) and outside (consumer shopper research, NPD, Nielsen, Competitors Analysis) to support the decision process.
- Business planning: thanks to his/her a deep and complete knowledge of the P&L of the brand and its main business levers, support the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager to identify opportunities and risks in the development of the brand proposing eventual action plans.
- Pricing Management: Support HQ in pricing analysis and recommendations, Update price lists in the pricing portal after finalization between Trade & Marketing Niche Manager and Prepare price list for the company (printed and digital)
- Business Intelligence: Analyses data for internal and external use. Give support for specific analysis: launches, formats, prices, competition. Provide comments
- Budget: support the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager to the management implementation of the local budget for the Niche portfolio, being guided by a ROI mindset.

Education and experience:
Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration
3 or more years of experience in a Brand Manager position
