As a Graphic Designer at CloudPay, you will be responsible for designing, creating and managing the production of a wide variety of creative output to support our Marketing, Sales and internal functions. Creating bespoke videos, graphics, illustrations and animations, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative content that delivers to brief.
This is a role for a creative individual with excellent judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will have an ability to ‘visualize’ complex payroll and financial concepts and ideas, making them easier to understand for the intended B2B audience across multiple regions including EMEA & Americas.
Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Organize and deliver against project deadlines and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with the content and demand generation teams
- Example activities involve delivering across a number of marketing channels, such as events, social media, editorial, webinars, landing pages and emails.
- Output need to be designed in mind for each stage of a complex buying journey for global payroll and payments, suitable for English language users
- Work with the Director of Brand & Communications to shape, curate and uphold the brand guidelines across the business, including all touchpoints across the customer’s journey
- Creating design frameworks, ideas and standards to support a wide range of use cases including web design and user platform outputs
- Supporting creative output across the business including internal comms, HR and employer branding
Essential
Description Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Graphic or Creative Media Designer producing a range of online, print and video based content.
- Ability to solve an array of creative challenges through visual design and learning methodology
- Extremely organized with high standards – you are a brand guardian
- Ambitious self-starter with proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-functional team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, flexible, creative thinker with problem-solving skills – ability to anticipate problems and find win-win solutions
- Ability to manage external creative agency time, resource and output as part of a flexible creative output model
- Significant experience working with design software and platforms (such as Figma) as well as video editing and production software
Desirable
- Experience with live footage editing a bonus
- Experience / knowledge with operating using Monday.com (or a similar project management tool)
- Copywriting or translating commercial briefs into copy and design based concepts
