Job Summary

To support teams that create unique products and contribute to our development, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to work in Wola Rakowa .

The person in this position will report to the Logistics Manager.

The role of the Logistics Specialist includes monitoring goods in transit and working on the WMS system.

A typical working day includes:

• Monitoring of goods in transit
• Creating unloading numbers
• Working with the WMS system
• Ordering the collection of goods
• Completing documents for customs clearance
• Contact with suppliers, carriers and customers
• Preparation of reports and forecasts for transport tenders
• Transport invoice audit process

Skills we are looking for in our team:

• Higher education minimum bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel at an intermediate level
• Experience of at least one year in a similar position
• Driving license. B
