Logistics Coordinator

Are you a recent graduate coupled with some logistics experience looking for an entry level position as a Logistics Coordinator? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating inbound freight and managing logistics activities to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Education in logistics or a related field.
• Previous experience as an intern within logistics or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and requirements is an advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and quick learner.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Passion for logistics and continuous improvement

About the role:

You will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitate Global Logistics Operations: Serve as a key liaison between contract manufacturers (CMOs) and stakeholders, managing inbound product flow and ensuring smooth operations from CMO to customer.
• Warehouse & Transportation Management: Oversee daily logistics activities, monitor service providers’ performance, and ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions and purchase order updates.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain knowledge of GDP quality standards, collaborate with Quality Ops to ensure compliance in distribution activities, and track and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Performance Management: Monitor and report relevant performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
