Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of all delivery KPIs assigned to the Delivery department
- Act as the primary contact from the time an order is signed until revenue is triggered, ensuring customer needs are met
- Administer customer contracts, reviewing lead times to ensure feasibility and on-time delivery of cargo
- Coordinate with HQ Supply Center or local warehouse on supply availability, production schedule, pick & pack status, and EPD commitments
- Confirm shipping plans in the system and transmit delivery requests to HQ promptly and accurately
- Supervise and coordinate timely implementation of delivery steps with related departments, maintaining effective communication between sales/customers and factory departments to ensure smooth delivery information flow
- Plan and cultivate customer relationships, particularly with the ISC department
- Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain reasonable stock levels for key accounts and prevent overdue stock
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of delivery and logistics principles and methodologies
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Word and Excel
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hungarian and Chinese is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
