YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS:
1. Conceptualisation de la solution/l’application
- Animation and participation in the design phase by collaborating with the product and tech teams: helping to define the technical master plan, participating in co-design workshops, identifying the tasks to be carried out
- Ensure their implementation at the Back-end level, with strong scalability and performance issues
2. Development of the application environment
- Design and implement associated APIs so that they can be consumed by our partners
- Ensure a high level of code quality and the deployment of appropriate test coverage
3. Corrective maintenance of services and applications
- Maintain and evolve the platform’s Back architecture
- Implement the necessary best practices within the Back team.
4. Participation in the development of skills of junior profiles
Stack technique
- Programming languages: Java, Spring Boot framework
- NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL
- Development tools and platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins
- Services cloud : AWS, Azure
- Methodology: Agile (Scrum)
Reporting directly to Barbara, Engineering Manager, you will join our Lyon team.

Profile
You have at least a Bac+3 with a focus on IT and proven experience in a similar position or in a senior Back-End developer position on SaaS, enterprise or E-commerce type applications.
You can also take advantage of:
- your technical skills: Knowledge of the insurance market and products, Project management (Agile scrum), Expertise in Java with the Spring framework (Bonus: experience with a workflow engine and reactive programming), knowledge of UI and UX concepts (for you, an application is not just a high-performance back end), Notions of architecture (REST, Scalability of an application, Microservices, Data Infrastructure), Interest in subjects related to Data
