The team where this role belongs is part of the Offensive Security Team. This small team consist of 5 vulnerability engineers, who take care of regular scanning for vulnerabilities and technical state compliancy of NN Group IT assets. Everyday we face hundreds of vulnerabilities, and have to take care of it. We’re positively perceived by the group as we help to develop safe products. Currently we’d like to find another team member, who is open to learn and who will help us with analytical tasks.

The Web Security CoE supports the vulnerability alerting, vulnerability management and technical state compliancy services. As a Junior Vulnerability Engineer, you will be responsible for day to day evaluation of the security feeds, maintaining and administration of Security Center application.
Your typical day will be about:
- Daily checks of the security center, administrative tasks, creation of tickets for VM/TSCM services
- Support of Vulnerability Engineers
- Development of Security Center
- Improve the security posture by own research, tool development and training.
- Participation security analysis of vulnerability alert feeds and composition of advisories for VAS servies
- Participation on the rest of the services delivered by Centre of Expertise for WebSecurity.
- Weekly and monthly reports preparation

Your profile
- Understanding of the SW/HW patching and updating
- Knowledge of IP networking and related issues
- Basic understanding of SW HW and network security
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – communication with international community of engineers and managers
- Administrating experience of Windows/Linux systems
