Junior Operations Analyst– Client Service Management

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in solving transactional inquiries of Corporate clients related to securities and custody services.
• Assist in the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
• Manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities Transfer, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Client Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Reconciliation and Data Management.
• Ensuring query resolution until completion within agreed service level and achieving higher client satisfaction under guidance of seniors.
• Coordinate between clients and internal stakeholders as well external partners e.g., custodians
• Ensure efficient operations and communication between different functions.

Eligibility Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers
• Previous experience, if any, in client servicing
• In-depth knowledge of securities and global custody products
• Comprehensive knowledge of OTC and ETD products.
• Basic understanding of the Securities domain, including corporate actions, transfers and Reporting.
• Proficiency in basic German and fluent English.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
