Area of responsibility
- Planning and implementation of strategic projects to achieve corporate goals and promote innovations in IT.
- Management of interdisciplinary teams for the timely and budget-oriented implementation of IT projects with great influence. Experience in building PMOs is an advantage.
- Definition of project scope, goals and results that support the company’s goals in coordination with the management and other stakeholders.
- Effective risk analysis and management in connection with IT projects to ensure successful project execution. Comprehensive knowledge in project lifecycle management is required.
- Monitoring of project progress, identification of deviations from the plan and initiation of corrective measures if necessary.
- Klare und zeitnahe Kommunikation des Projektstatus, von Problemen und Risiken an alle Beteiligten und die Geschäftsleitung.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Projektmanagementprozesse und -methoden zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität.
Requirements profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, PM2, Prince2 or Agile are an advantage.
- Proven experience as an IT project manager with a track record of executing strategic projects. Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead interdisciplinary project teams
- Advanced knowledge of project management methods, tools and techniques. Experience with the Atlassian Suite is welcome.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Residence in the Karlsruhe region is an advantage, 100% possible.
