Preferred Skills
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the NBFC sector
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Department Head
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy
- Comprehensive knowledge of both IT and business components
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in organizational change management. Familiarity with SFDC or equivalent CRM platform preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced lending platforms [LOS/LMS/Accounting]
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, with preference for SFDC; additional platforms advantageous
- Understanding of RBI compliance regulations
- Knowledge of hardware platforms specific to lending environments
- Essential experience with cloud technologies or adoption
- Proficiency in software development platforms such as C#, Java, Oracle for overseeing development activities
- Familiarity with information security practices, with ISO 27001 knowledge being beneficial
- Understanding of networking principles
- Knowledge of business intelligence platforms
- Leadership experience in managing software development, maintenance, and system administration teams
- Familiarity with fintech environments, particularly in API integration
- Experience in data submission and interactions with credit bureaus like CIBIL
- Ability to engage with software and hardware vendors effectively
