Internship in Indirect Procurement

Mission:

Location & commitments:

  • Paid internship, min. 35 hours per week, 3 – 12 months mandate contract,
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street),
  • hybrid model possible after achieving independence.

Your IMPACT:

  • Learn about Procurement & connected Finance processes and become crucial part of its execution,
  • check correctness of the purchases,
  • perform checks on requisitions and amend, if necessary,
  • investigate blocked invoices and settle them,
  • learn about Procurement Transformation and support it when needed.

 

Your Profile:

  • Student status or Alumni of related business area preferred,
  • easiness to work with E-Systems and tools,
  • proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams),
  • process oriented mindset with very good time management and prioritization skills,
  • strong communication skills, customer service skills and solving abilities,
  • self-initiative and process improvement-oriented mindset,
  • having the flexibility to work across all regions with a cross-cultural mindset,
  • experience or knowledge of the e-procurement and ERP tools (Coupa, SAP, SRM, ARIBA) would be an asset.

 

Languages:

  • ENGLISH and POLISH – fluent (verbal and written),
  • Italian, French, Spanish, German, Scandinavian, Finnish, as a nice to have.

 

Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: “Karta Pobytu” TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
