Purpose:
- Leading the Human Resources in the country, provides strategic & operational support to local leadership team.
- Establishing strong collaboration with HR professionals supporting this role.
- Driving the Global HR strategy, driving transversal outcomes with Global COE team.
- Driving a strong HR agenda to support the delivery of the country business objectives.
- Challenge and support for headcount, people cost planning and monitoring activity in the country, in charge of managing HR operational costs (including outsourced services).
- Managing labour relations and cooperation with social partners in respect of the relevant rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting operational frameworks and necessary systems for implementation in line with defined operating model and global guidelines.
- Implementing policies and processes in line with global HR strategy, in areas of people management, recruitment, learning & development, talent & performance management, compensation & benefits.
- Help driving a solid industrial performance centric culture and ways of working.
- Build trustful relationship with managers and employees at all levels across the organization.
- Act as a change agent, open on the external world to evolve HR practices, create network.
- Leading local efforts on talent acquisition, retention and motivation.
- Implementing employment policy and practices aligned with local legal regulations.
- Ensure appropriate management control of outsourced payroll activity and service quality.
- SCOPE: Approximately 1000 employees at the Budapest site. The HR Head is responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle onboarding to offboarding.
Qualifications:
- University degree with a Master preferably in Human Resources or similar.
- Strong experience (8-10 years) in human resources management, preferably with multinational corporations, familiar with working in a European network; experience in chemistry/manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus.
- Experienced leader in a social relations-oriented environment with implementation success of relevant projects and tasks.
