Job Description
We are seeking an experienced (2-4 years) SAP HCM and SAP Authorization HR IT Specialist to join our team and will be responsible for managing and enhancing HR technology systems. This role combines expertise in human resources and information technology to ensure the efficient operation and optimization of HR IT landscape and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve 2nd level incidents and Investigate on the recurrence issues, provide ideas and innovations to fix.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users of multiple time zones.
- Collaborate with overseas stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.
- Generate and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making.
o Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Train New Joiners and end-users on SAP Authorization activities and best practices followed.
- Co-ordination of release activities and Conduct testing activities such as: preparation of testing scenarios, reviewing test cases, testing in different instances, updates on testing tool, documentations, exploratory testing etc.
- Content creation and managing application related community and docupedia.
- Continuous process improvement, collaborations, and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security etc.
- Acquire and build-up knowledge of dependent applications or systems.
- Support any Ad-hoc activities or new work-packages.
- Project Support (if necessary for any roll out activities)
Supporting project managers in Lisbon for the further rollouts in the countries
Preparation of pre-roll out activities including change and communication management
- Collaborate with next leave team and handle Change management activities.
- Create user guides and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience in SAP Authorization or a similar role. •Service mindset: empathy, patience, and positivity to provide solutions to internal clients and should have strong understanding of HR processes and practices. •Project management skills are a plus. •Flexible, should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Very Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.
