Head of recruitment

  • Design & develop best in class recruitment process via ensuring short cycle time, strong quality candidate slots, digitized selection process along with smooth collaboration w/ hiring manager
    • Develop market intelligence via collecting up to date regular updates of the external labour market trends and actions of competitors of the sector
    • Design & develop Employer Branding in K&H appearance in external social media platforms: Profession, LI
    • Leverage candidate data base available on the market
    • Apply up to date search methodologies via maximized usage of LI platform
    • Invest in establishing relevant University Relations to increase K&H attractiveness as employer among Young generations
    • Ensure high quality candidate experience via digitized selection process
    • Ensure proper & transparent measures of recruitment process
    • Improve recruitment process and adjust to the requirements of the organisation
    • Organise daily work of HR Recruitment Team
    • Introducing new methods, tools serving the efficient recruitment process
    • Supervising all searches procedures within the K&H Group (excluding KBC GSH and Insurance)
    • Supervising the work of the Recruiters
    • Taking responsibility for a success of the recruitment process and the outcome
    • Finding alternative channels for researching candidates
    • Keeping contacts with department heads, line managers and HR Business partners regarding recruitment needs
    • Conclude recruitment activity
    • Organising and participating in Assessment Centres
    • Advising the line managers about the recruitment possibilities, and methods
    • Changing views with the line managers about the market especially from the point of possible areas of recruitment

what you need for success:

  • University/college degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment within a larger size company or a headhunting/recruitment agency
  • Management experience
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Internet, Excel
  • English language skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • The ability to set priorities and delegate rationally
  • Solution-oriented
  • Client focus towards internal and external “clients”, such as: line managers and candidates
  • The ability to continually develop
  • Outstanding communication skills
