YOUR TASKS
- Lead the technical program from conception to completion, ensuring that all technical requirements are met in the wind business;
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Calculate highest impact workstreams and prioritize with the Steering Committee;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals in the wind business;
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed for the wind business;
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management in the wind business;
- Ensure that all technical deliverables are of high quality and meet the program requirements in the wind business;
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors deliver on their commitments in the wind business;
- Mentor and coach junior program managers and team members in the wind business;
- Continuously improve program management processes and tools in the wind business.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in senior operational or technical roles in the wind industry;
- Strong technical background and understanding of management of operational and technical wind turbine processes;
- Experience managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders in the wind industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in the wind business;
- MBA or equivalent is an advantage;
- PMI certification and experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
