Global Clinical Specialist

Your role:

  • Product lifecycle support & feedback on existing products
  • Clinical evaluation of prototypes & field test evaluation
  • Participation in risk assessment and development of clinical evaluation reports
  • Support marketing with clinical claims regarding the product in marketing materials
  • Contribution to Global Product Launches
  • Clinical topics development
  • Provide input for customer needs solution strategy (How should LINET products address the customer needs)
  • Analysis of how LINET products address given clinical need
  • Provide input to define clinical communication strategy (what we want to say)
  • Define clinical evidence needed to support our strategy (what do we need to say it)
  • Validate that conducted clinical research meets the requirements
  • Creation of training content (PPTs, voice-over texts, input for e-learning courses) & validation of 3rd party content
  • Support of local LINET trainers in their training sessions to sales reps and customers
  • Participation in global training recordings (we produce training videos for sales teams and for customers)
  • “Train the trainers” activities (internally and for selected customers)
  • International travels +/- 25 % of the time, mainly to the Czech HQ and across Europe to support our subsidiaries

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Nursing (or other medical field) education and experience, preferably in ICU and/or Pressure Care
  • 3+ years experience as clinical specialist and/or trainer for a leading international medical device/pharma company – this is desirable, not necessary
  • Deep understanding of patient & caregiver needs
  • Knowledge of different healthcare systems is an advantage
  • Ability to understand clinical studies (papers) – to analyse, interpret & transform for training & marketing use
  • Knowledge of utilization of mesh terms in medical libraries (Pubmed) is an advantage
  • English – main communication language (C1 level)
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Customer oriented with ability to communicate on different levels of the organization (management, local teams, head nurse, nurses, etc.)
  • Analytical skills & structured thinking
  • Fast-learner with an open mind and agile attitude
  • Self-starter – ability to solve problems, finding own ways and working on your own
  • Computer literacy is a must – MS Office mainly (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Being able to travel – about 25 % of the time
