What will be your duties:

  • telephone contact with customers to examine their needs
  • sales support – handling requests for quotes, maintaining contacts with clients, planning and coordinating meetings and other sales activities,
  • support for the sales department by creating offers and presentations
  • administration of sales activities in the system
  • constant contact with subcontractors regarding the implementation of tender orders
  • invoice settlement
  • timely reporting of your activities

What do we require from you:

  • Proficient computer skills, especially the Office package – a necessary condition
  • experience in call center work – a necessary condition
  • experience in a similar position
  • communication skills
  • creativity and initiative in the tasks performed
  • openness to a business perspective
  • very good work organization
  • commitment to performing tasks
  • teamwork skills
  • good knowledge of English.
