Their custom deburr/finishing procedures enable them to meet customers’ exact requirements. They are also dedicated to being a great place to work, with many team members having been with the company for over 10 years, and some for over 30 years.

Job Type:

* Full-time
* Monday-Friday
* 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* Overtime available

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience with Mazak CNC 5-axis Mills/Lathes
* 5+ years in Aerospace/Defense manufacturing
* Proficiency in programming and setup of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions
* Knowledge/experience with Mazitrol

Qualifications:

* Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
* Experience with holding tight tolerances
* Experience working with different types of materials
* Proficiency using measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Motivation for growth and leadership
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
