Your role
- Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with multi skilled team to achieve the required goal
- Produce Component level flows in the form of Swimland to define the sequence of payment processing
- Translate the requirements into Functional User story, ensuring acceptance criteria is correctly defined
- Perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements
- Be responsible for big picture end to end thinking
- Working closely with solution delivery and production support team to ensure all new software is well understood and readily supported
- Review Test Cases and test Results to ensure requirements are being met
Your skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis
- Familiarity with the software development cycle
- Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence
- Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely
- Previous experience in the banking and finance industry is desirable
