Tasks

The Business Analyst is responsible for:

  • Analyzing shop event data and parameters, both technical and financial
  • Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and ideas for solutions
  • Creating cost analysis, forecasting shop event costs
  • Defining project proposals and areas for improvement
  • Supporting the Team in goal finding processes
  • Supporting management in decision making process by delivering data driven proposals
  • Special tasks; Participate in or lead projects

Requirements

The ideal Business Analyst should meet the following requirements:

  • Great analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independence and flexibility
  • Good complexity management and problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills across different organization levels
  • Open to take new challenges and tasks
  • Adaptability and ability to work in team and flexible environment
  • Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI skills as an advantage
  • Very good English, German language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in complex, matrix organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business / economics / industrial engineering from a university / technical college
  • Minimum 3+ years professional experience in international business environment
  • Understanding of MRO industry preferred
  • Knowledge of internal processes and interrelationships in engine maintenance desirable
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
