You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Business Analysis experience in documentation of requirements
- Experience in planning, directing, coordination and support of CO deliverables under Credit Risk Data and Technology Team
- Ability to manage a group of junior analysts within the team and work collaboratively with to achieve desired goal
- Ability to get work done without have direct management responsibilities
- Ability to delegate but take responsibility for overall progress reporting
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Exposure to Collibra
- Comfort in creating Remediation plans and project management skills
- Experience managing a multifunctional team and work across functional areas
- Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Experience with demonstrating business case development
