We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finacle Consultant / Finacle Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the requirement gathering, implementation, customization, and optimization of our core system (Finacle) while collaborating with various business units to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable Finacle configurations and customizations.
- Perform data migration conversion and mapping activities.
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Finacle functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to business users for Finacle functionalities and troubleshoot any issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference.
- Participate in system integration projects involving Finacle and other core banking applications.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Finacle implementation / support teams to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
