Senior HR Business Partner Lead

Your place in the team

As the primary HR contact for leaders (Director, Head level) within the supported organization unit, the Senior HR Business Partner:

  • influence leaders by promoting a future-focused, cost-effective organization, recruiting and developing key talent, and upholding corporate values
  • ensures that the HR topics and yearly cycle elements are on the agenda of the management teams
  • responsible for the development and execution of the HR plan in the departments in order to achieve the business and HR strategic objectives
  • supports change management and effective organizational design in both regular operations and transformation programs

You will be involved in the following tasks

Business Partnering:

  • single point of contact to functional Director and BU management team, ensuring HR solutions align with business needs and drivers
  • facilitate the People Survey process, including sharing results and action planning
  • participation in regular leadership meetings, representing HR and forwarding upcoming needs towards COE / HR
  • optimize and develop relationships with HR COE and HR Services team to support the functional areas
  • participate in F band resourcing, ensuring the selection of best talents for leadership positions

Organizational Development:

  • develop and execute organizational development and efficiency plans with the function’s Director to meet OPEX / EC / FTE targets
  • manage project tasks (outsourcing, insourcing, organizational changes) to align with HR strategy and achieve objectives
  • ensure the application of the Reward framework, including benchmarks and salary levels
  • embed organizational development into daily business processes

Change Management:

  • support leaders in managing change and providing necessary tools
  • develop a comprehensive project plan for organizational changes involving HR Services and CEO
  • support digital transformation by defining new structures and roles
  • facilitate and support the leadership team to define new ways of working based on data and digital skills, and implementing a learning and development strategy
  • facilitate the integration of newly acquired company, including leader assimilation, new organization design, synergy target delivery, and change management
  • execute Group-led organizational changes, including transformations and in / outsourcing programs

Skill Development:

  • assessment and implementation skill development needs for business unit leadership with COE
  • provide coaching and facilitation to enhance top management’s employee experience

Talent Management:

  • identify key talents and ensure leadership focus, training, and development opportunities
  • screen possible succession for open roles among previously identified talents together with the leader

Performance Management:

  • support leaders in performance management, participate in calibration discussions, and manage PD
  • develop individual plans with leaders when role expectations and competencies don’t align
  • foster a feedback culture in daily work

We are looking for you if you have

  • bachelor or master level qualification in human resources
  • 5 years professional experience as hr generalist / hr business partner
  • fluent English
  • multinational environment experience
  • up-to-date labour law knowledge
  • expertise in organizational development and transformation program management
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to professionally interact with a diverse leadership team
  • excellent facilitation, presentation skills
  • effectively manage changes
  • good analytical, strategic skills and focus
  • can work individually but strong team player
  • able to synthesize complicated concepts and to simplify the complex issues
  • customer obsessed and proactive personality
