- lan and prepare propulsion system test procedures and specifications, in accordance with the project requirements and standards;
- Conduct propulsion system tests, using various test equipment and tools, such as data acquisition systems, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation;
- Analyze and interpret test data, using statistical and engineering methods, and generate test reports and documentation;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any propulsion system issues that arise during the test campaign, such as performance, reliability, or safety problems;
- Coordinate and communicate with other engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the test campaign;
- Provide technical support and guidance to other test team members, and assist with training and mentoring of junior engineers and technicians;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards and regulations.
You’ll bring this with you
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in propulsion system testing, preferably in the aerospace industry;
- Strong knowledge of propulsion system design, operation, and performance, as well as test methods and equipment;
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation;
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
