Description
System Analysts with technical knowledge working on projects, production support, hands-on experience with Salesforce (NOT MUST, but any CRM tool will be a plus), and ITSM process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for various systems, including Salesforce or any CRM Tool
- Handle ticket resolution, break/fix/outage support, basic system admin tasks, and troubleshooting.
- Support the team in critical reporting tasks and analysis projects.
- Initiate and support testing efforts and deliverables for applications used in Quality, R&D, Manufacturing departments
- Ensures that validation testing documentation is in compliance with company and legal policies and procedures
- Create and execute validation test scripts and document test results in accordance with standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Visio, JIRA.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM Tool
- Basic understanding/interest in software, data, process improvement, testing.
- Understanding of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
