ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
> Supply Planning:
- Responsible for hardware supply planning for EMEA of his portfolio in coordination with WW & Shenzhen teams, finalize & present inventory rolls to make supply issues visible
- Build out good relationship with your WW counterpart to coordinate the portfolio you assigned to the most effective way & influence WW Planning team to drive corrective action for any supply excess or shortage issue
- Propose, get validation (incl. business case preparation) and ensure end to end coordination on supply & demand improvement actions (air shipment, geo transfer, conversion, switch of demand…)
- Communicate supply constraints (to Marketing, Sales, and planning / Backlog monitoring teams) for constraint management activity & Analyze end of past month backorder (root causes & actions)
- Support New product introduction and End Of life product
> Calculate finance OL:
Provide inputs to finance revenue outlook process on SC risk inputs (unavailability & ops risks)
> Inventory Management:
- Contribute to inventory improvement action plans (supply in line with demand, reduce slow move, EOL, ageing, defective…)
- Contribute to O&S reserve reduction
- Follow-up warehouse capacity for productions and secure date commitment to customers, including reworks and product holds
> Project & Process Improvement:
- Propose and participate to improvement initiatives
- Be a participant and a voice in Supply Chain Continuous improvement projects
- Be the supply planning representative when needed in any project impacting its product segment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- University Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Min 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain environment and projects in an international environment

- SAP (fulfillment and planning environment) + queries
- Proficiency in Excel
- APICS certification, Business intelligence reporting (Business Objects), Green Belt certificate or Lean experience would be a plus
