Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media and Platform Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of EIT RawMaterials’ social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
- Digital Media Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for key projects, ensuring alignment with the overall communications strategy and brand guidelines.
- Content Management: Coordinate and manage regular updates of corporate websites and other digital platforms, ensuring it is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Compliance and Oversight: Manage internal processes to ensure all digital communications comply with EIT RawMaterials brand, media, and business processes and guidelines.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities. Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support the digital communication needs of various projects and initiatives.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital communication trends and technologies and propose innovative ideas to enhance EIT RawMaterials’ digital presence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital communications, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing corporate social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
