Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing a long-term, comprehensive and data-driven customer engagement strategy
- You will lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve CRM goals while staying on schedule and on budget
- To improve customer engagement and loyalty via the app, email channels and in our stores, you will develop and expand automated campaigns in the customer journey
- You monitor performance using various KPIs, report on the success of CRM initiatives and adjust the strategy as needed to optimize customer retention and satisfaction
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in marketing, business administration or a similar subject area
- You have professional experience in operational CRM with a focus on email marketing, app usage and customer lifecycle optimization
- You have very good knowledge of CRM software and tools and are confident in using JavaScript, SQL, HTML5; initial experience in working with feed management systems is an advantage
- You are enthusiastic about digital trends and technical innovations
- You have a deep understanding of customer psychology and behavior
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are one of your strengths
- You are characterized by strong strategic thinking and solution-oriented skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile, German is a plus
