What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it;
- At least a Master’s degree, in Mechanical, Aerospace or Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Energy Eng. and Electronic Eng.;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Engineering field, preferably in R&D departments;
- Hands-on approach to running experiments in which both mechanical and electrical components are used;
- Excellent knowledge of wide engineering principles (thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, mechanical and electrical principles);
- Good knowledge of industrial sensors, data acquisition and communication protocols;
- Good knowledge of mechanical components and assemblies;
- Experience on devices handling hydrogen or similar gases will speed up your onboarding;
- Experience in prototyping and experimental setup is strongly recommended;
- Being able to develop new ideas into practical and measurable deliverables;
- MS Office pack knowledge is a must;
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Matlab is recommended;

- Proven industrial experience in R&D departments and expertise in electro-chemical devices is a plus;
- Fluent English, communication skills Italian is optional and considered only a plus.
