Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Management System processes for non-conforming products and processes adequately, consistent, and compliant to applicable external requirements
- Verify and understand internal and external quality issues, manage and coordinate customer complaints along with other team members
- Ensure sustainable solutions and continual improvement
- Act as the quality subject matter expert to support production and incoming inspection teams. Help to understand the impact to quality and the customers in change management and risk management activities
- Report and collaborate with other stakeholders to improve effectiveness of the quality processes in production
- Release lots for Incoming Inspection when required
- Ensure sustainable solutions and continual improvement by driving root cause analysis and corrective action identification
- Report and collaborate with other stakeholders to improve effectiveness of the quality processes in production
- Participate in audits: internal, customer, and surveillance
- Ensure the calibration processes are being executed as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or a comparable technical degree
- A minimum of 1-3 years working experience, preferred in a quality engineering role in the semiconductor or aerospace industry
- Understanding and applying engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and comparable quality standards
- Initial experience using quality tools and especially APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) practices
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to travel up to 5% and participate in early morning or evening virtual meetings
