What you offer
- University studies (bachelor/master) ideally in aeronautical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of relevant EASA, UK CAA, FAA and TCCA regulations
- Auditing experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of written and spoken english
- User knowledge in MS office
These are your tasks
- Preparation of the following audits, audit plans and audit questionnaires: customers, authorities, internal, vendors, contracted and subcontracted organisations
- Supervision and tracking of open audit findings and correspondence with involved departments
- Management of occurrence reporting system as well as occurrence investigation and assisting the safety action group to complete the investigation
- conduct risk analyses
- Management of lost/broken/worn tools including the related tool reporting system
- Administration of the online training system “ilearn”
- Handling of technical files, management licensing documents and internal authorization documents
- Rewriting and managing changes in the Maintenance Organistation Exposition and the related procedures and supplements
- Developing the EDP system “Wings” and conducting trainings in cooperation with the production trainer
