Our company corporate unit acts as an enabler for digitalization and development projects. In close cooperation with operational colleagues, over 400 different innovation and digitalization projects are driven forward. Since each of these projects brings with it a variety of changes, the Transformation & Innovation Directorate is responsible for supporting transformation processes at all levels and promoting innovations from the beginning to implementation. Tasks

The Company realizes its extensive portfolio of construction and building services to a large extent with purchased materials and services with the involvement of external suppliers. In order to further standardize and digitize as well as strategically align purchasing, a project framework was created in the central Innovation & Digitization department to create concrete tools and to implement the Group’s strategies. Your tasks in detail:

Identification and analysis of existing data structures and data networks, existing rules for compliant use and current data quality
Creation of concepts and development of implementation-ready solutions for networked data structures and their quality assurance – including networking of supplier and creditor master data as well as performance/invoice data for the holistic evaluation of supplier collaboration
Further development of existing product group systems into a group-wide uniform dynamic classification system
Conceptual coordination in the development of a group-specific article master data, incorporating standardized classification systems and possibly integrating AI support
Content and project organizational coordination with responsible specialists from central and operational units for clarifications and agreements regarding the networking of the core applications and their data structures
Preparation of management-friendly summaries for strategy approvals and implementation decisions as well as technical documentation in German and additionally in English
Project management activities for responsible topics including regular and event-related monitoring, reporting and controlling of content, quality, risks, deadlines and costs

requirements

Completed vocational training or studies in a commercial or technical field or in the IT sector
Several years of professional experience in the processing and organization of complex business processes – ideally in the construction industry or in the manufacturing sector
Extensive experience with the use and data management of networked applications, taking into account user needs
Ideally, basic knowledge of BI systems and analysis tools
Structured working methods with high quality standards and a strong commitment to standardization, structuring and systematization of complex control processes and associated tools
Strong inner drive to participate responsibly in challenging transformation projects and enjoyment in working with digital tools and agile methods
Extremely strong communicator in German and ideally also fluent in English to integrate the broad stakeholder landscape across all hierarchical levels
