- You participate in cross-functional projects related to employee roles and responsibilities, organisational development, and other People initiatives
- You take responsibility and ownership for ensuring employees have opportunities to grow and develop in their roles by creating company-wide learning initiatives and serving as the training coordinator for all learning activities
- You will support the people team and the senior leadership team for specific cross-company initiatives, like all-hands meeting or management roundtable by creating the structure and executing the organization of such initiatives
- You provide support to your People team colleagues with a range of administrative tasks in our broad HR tool environment (Personio, Leapsome)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have previous experience or internship(s) in People & Organisation (preferably in Learning & Development or Talent Management)
- You possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are very hands-on and able to take on several perspectives cross-company to support the people team in people projects and talent management initiatives
- You are fluent in English and German
