You:
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulation in core areas of HR and German labour law, including communication with various government agencies/departments
- Experience with building/updating policies and processes that effectively support and protect our employees and the business
- Deep understanding of and experience with HR technology
- Experience with project management and an ability to work cross-functionally to make processes more efficient and effective
- Experience working and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Expertise using Excel or Google Sheets to manipulate data and analyze results
- Experience with immigration processes
