About the job:
Order Desk Assistant takes care of the operation and administration of sales orders and return activities in order to facilitate correct booking data.
Major responsibilities:
- Receive customers’ orders and registers it into the system, picking to Third-party logistics partner (3PL)
- Harmonize with 3PL and logistics members about trucking priorities, loading
- Issue GR(goodset return) credit note, debit notes, invoices
- Gather delivery note and attach with printed invoices
- File documents and keeping transparent all evidences at all times
- Communicate with warehouse, sales, logistics, finance and service department for documentation issue details
Requirements, Education, Experience:
- University/College degree is advantage
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Logistics Administration is advantage
- Tolerance for monotony and repetitive tasks
- English and Hungarian speaking on Intermediate level
- Confident PC skills
- Communication skills
- Solution oriented approach
- Great team worker
