Our transport logistics is part of the global logistics at our company and is responsible for the worldwide transport flows from the procurement of raw materials to distribution in the sales channels. Together we design transport logistics processes and systems within the supply chain, from the conception and tendering to the operational support of the transport service providers and monitoring of freight invoicing. To strengthen our outbound team, we are looking for a Logistics Transportation Coordinator | E-Commerce (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

This is what you can expect from us:

• Monitoring of the transport service providers used based on defined key figures and deriving recommendations for action
• Continuous analysis and optimization of existing transport processes and the associated IT system
• Contact person for all internal interfaces for transport logistics issues as well as for the campus-internal shipping tool
• Creation of process descriptions and documentation
• Support in transport tenders and negotiations of framework agreements with logistics and transport service providers

This is your profile:

• Successfully completed degree or comparable vocational training, preferably with a focus on transport/logistics
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a transport logistics environment in trade, industry or services
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Communication and negotiation skills with transport service providers
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, if possible, experience in using SAP
