Job Description:
- Supervise daily airfreight gateway operations (parcel handling), manage the flow from inbound to outbound, make ensure the lead time from flight arrival to outbound can be achieved within 24 hours
- Close collaboration with airfreight, warehouse, trucking and last mile team and our partners, to make sure smooth and efficient handover process to minimize overtime and waste
- Keep track of all the delays and abnormalities, identify root causes and preventive actions to avoid the same problem happen again
- Manage supplier’s KPI performance and the relationships
- Analyze current process, identify areas for improvements and develop actionable plans to continuously improve the current process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Over 3 years of experiences in warehouse management
- Familiar with lean and six sigma practice, good analytical skills, be able to work with data and excel
- Excellent communication skills, be able to work with cross functional team in a dynamic environment
- Fast learning ability, openness, and cooperative attitude, ability to handle pressure
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, knowledge of Chinese and other foreign languages is a plus
