Job Description
As a Customer Logistics Expert for France at Bosch Power Tools, you will be involved in day-to-day customer logistics operations for our French Country Sales Organization (CSO). Based in our Budapest office, you will be part of the Sales Back Office team located in France and will closely collaborate with our French warehouse, the International Distribution Center in Germany, our customers and service providers, as well as with Business Units and central departments at Bosch Power Tools. You will also represent our French CSO on cross-regional logistics committees, i.e. round tables, monthly LOG guild, and overarching logistics projects.
Qualifications
Support transport operations and logistics performance tracking
► Manage, monitor and distribute internally logistics dashboards
► Monitor Bosch customer service level (On-time in-Full) on a pool of strategic clients (professional distribution, D&Y and e-commerce)
► Review delivery performance with transport providers
► Support Sales business units on logistics contractual clauses and customer discussions
► Support logistics projects (i.e. cross-dock, etc.) & development of BOSCH logistics services (i.e. Direct-to-user, etc.)
► Coordinate communication of warehouse activities (i.e. end-of year closing and inventories date)
► Visit customers on-site regarding projects and performance review
Support Back Office
► Support Back Office and Sales Teams for logistics issues
► Analyze root cause of incidents, define and follow-up corrective actions
► Ensure legally compliant processing of requests (ex: transport invoice formal check)
► Coordinate smooth preparation of promotions orders with Warehouse and Back Office
► Train Backoffice and UCC on logistics process
Customer Data Management and System Settings
► Support continuous improvement of quality and reliability of customer information as well as precision of settings (ex: distribution routes, type of carrier, package weight limit)
► Support implementation of new processes: test processes in ERP system with central logistics and process owner
Required skills
► Master’s degree from a Business school or Engineering school
► Logistics expertise (in- and outbound logistics)
► Problem-solving skills incl. IT affinity to understand root cause
► Strong customer orientation
► Language: Fluent in French and English
► Software knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PowerBI, Tableau
Mobility requirements
► Willingness to travel to France (regular) and Germany (occasional)
